Receive cooperative greetings from the management and leadership of Kanisa SACCO.
In light of the increasing cases of COVID-19 with the prevailing third wave and further to the authorization received from the Commissioner of Cooperatives to conduct virtual AGM, the Central Management Committee of the Society resolved to have the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Society held fully virtually. Please note that with this new development, no members will be invited to attend in-person as had been announced earlier.
Registration
To participate in the AGM, members will be required to register in advance at https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_mRKpbMPZSu-ehhgok0BsRg. Please enter your details as held with the SACCO to help with the verification exercise. All registrations will be manually approved before confirmation of acceptance is given via the email address provided. Registration will be open until 30 minutes after the start of the AGM.
Once your registration has been verified, you will receive an email with a link and password to attend the AGM. Please use this link to join the AGM on the actual day. Do not share it with any other person as it is unique to you. Kindly note that this meeting is open to members of Kanisa Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Limited only. Non-members will not be allowed. Ensure you register so that we have you on record. You cannot participate without registration.
Pre-Event Documentation
We have created an event on our website page (www.kanisa-sacco.org/events/39-agm-2021) from where all the AGM documents will be published for ease of access. Take time to read all the AGM documents shared with you in advance so as to enable you effectively participate in the AGM. If you have any questions, ahead of the AGM please submit them to info@kanisa-sacco.org. We will compile the questions and have them addressed at the appropriate time during the meeting.
Meeting Protocols
A set of protocols to be followed in for the smooth conduct of the meeting will be shared with all members in advance and published on the event page above. We are doing our best to ensure a seamless participation experience for all members who will make it to join the AGM.
